Slow-cooked toor dal (pigeon peas) and cubed tofu are simmered with fresh vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and authentic sambar spices, balanced with tangy tamarind and aromatic curry leaves. Finished with a tempering of mustard seeds and olive oil, this dish is full of bold, smoky flavour.

Served with a generous portion of fluffy basmati rice, this meal is both nourishing and satisfying and keeping our promise of high plant protein content.
