We train together over video, so I can coach your technique and keep you accountable. You get a plan built around your goals and the kit you have, plus regular check-ins and messaging through the week. You can train from home, your own gym, or wherever you happen to be.
No. Plant powered is how I live and fuel my own training. It is there to explore if you are curious, but it is never a requirement. I am not here to tell you how to eat, just to help you eat better in a way that works for you.

I am here to help you enjoy it.

I am not here to overcomplicate fitness. Training should make your life better, not feel like something you have to suffer through.

I have been into fitness for years, and the best results I have seen always come from keeping things simple and consistent. I coach people online through one-to-one personal training and straightforward nutrition support, and I meet you wherever you are starting from.

If you are new to this, that is fine. If you have trained before and want to get back into it, that is fine too. We just get going.
